Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
a. This program is open to all customers aged 18 years or above.
b. Employees and immediate family members of Print Me A Shirt Limited are not eligible to participate.
2. Referral Criteria
a. To qualify for the program, the referring customer must provide two valid and contactable referrals.
b. The referrals must be individuals who have not previously purchased from Print Me A Shirt Limited.
3. Reward Allocation
a. Upon successful referral, the referring customer will receive a monetary reward equal to 10% of their last order with Print Me A Shirt Limited.
b. The monetary reward will be transferred to the referring customer within 28 days of the referred customer's purchase.
4. Free Jacket Reward
a. In addition to the monetary reward, the referring customer will also receive a free jacket worth £85 when paying the shipping cost of £5.99 inc. VAT.
b. The free jacket is subject to stock availability, and Print Me A Shirt Limited reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal value if necessary.
5. Contact Information
a. The referred customers must provide accurate and valid contact information, including their full name, email address, and phone number.
b. Print Me A Shirt Limited will use this information solely for the purpose of contacting the referred customers.
6. Program Limitations
a. The referral program cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or offers.
b. Print Me A Shirt Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
7. Disqualification
a. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral program will result in disqualification of the referring customer.
b. Print Me A Shirt Limited reserves the right to disqualify referrals that are found to be fraudulent or invalid.
8. General
a. Participation in the referral program is voluntary, and by participating, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
b. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
c. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the referral program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
